This is a port of the client for Russ Allbery's excellent remctl remote command execution system to Windows.
This port is designed for Windows 2000 or later, and requires MIT Kerberos for Windows.
As of 2.13, remctl compiles for Windows without any modifications. I am simply providing binaries as a convenience.
