Weirdness

So today I got something in the mail from the Carpe Diem Foundation. I applied for a scholarship from them back in February or whenever. Anyway, it said that I was a semifinalist, but unfortunately, had not gotten any money. They encouraged me to reapply for next year. I think that "close, but no cigar" is going to define the rest of my life.

Read somebody's theory on how to make money off of open source today. Interesting, but it would require me to go ahead with writing my own operating system from scratch. I think I'll write a bestselling novel first, though.

Bah!

Tina didn't get permission to can for Peanut Day on the quad, so that's been cancelled. Now what am I going to do today? Homework? Studying?

Woo Hoo!

Yeah, so today was an atypically productive day.

Finally got that account set up with National City. I think they screwed it up, but I don't care at this point.

Today was the Circle K new member induction at Bennigan's. Yay, good food for a change.

Had some studying to do for the econ midterm tomorrow. Didn't get a chance to study for the calc quiz. Oh, well.

I want to get back to VP over Thanksgiving Break, but I don't know how that will work. I'm not doing so well in the cash flow department.

Anyway, sleepytime.
